Teachers Transfers

The Google form to submit teacher website transfers is now active. Please fill out the form for all of your school's teachers who are transferring to another school in the district. We will work to move those pages over before the start of the school year. Click here to access the form.

If you know a teacher is leaving the district you may delete their page. If your school is getting a teacher who is new to the district you may create a new page for them. Make sure to delete/add teachers to your school's staff directory as you see fit. Thank you for all of your hard work and enjoy the rest of the summer!

This is a wonderful document to reference throughout the school year to maintain your site.  The rubric also includes a portion for Teacher Pages. This should help you communicate with your teachers what is needed on their classroom pages.

Teachers Can Edit Websites Now

We have been asked multiple times since the "Schoolwires Training for Webmasters" when teachers can begin working on their new sites. Teachers have rights to begin editing their sections now. They can log in using their current AD credentials on the same site as webmasters:  https://nc02214550.schoolwires.net/ . Webmasters should begin training staff members as soon as possible to give teachers time to migrate content before the new sites go live on July 1. Also as a reminder there will be a webmaster work session today from 2-5 p.m. in the West Campus Computer lab for those needing assistance. Thursday, May 18, 2-5pm - WC Computer Lab
