Website Rubric

Please use this Website Rubric to ensure that your school's website has all of the required items. This is a wonderful document to reference throughout the school year to maintain your site.  The rubric also includes a portion for Teacher Pages. This should help you communicate with your teachers what is needed on their classroom pages.

Banner Images

Banner Image Size: 1500x915 pixels.  Please do not  include any words on your banner images. Please utilize the image caption and an announcement to include any text you would like to place on the graphic. This is necessary so that our images remain ADA compliant. Stock Banner Images - This is a link to the stock banner image folder. All of these photos have already been sized for your use to 1500x915. We have sorted the images into some folders that may be helpful for you and will continue to add more as the year progresses. We ask that you only utilize these images on your school's website or social media accounts.  Banner Image Request Form - Please use this form if there is an image you are looking for that is not already included in this folder and you're having a hard time finding something. We are happy to assist you in this process!

2020-2021 Required Training and Webmaster Work Session Dates

Webmaster Training and Work Session dates have been established for the 2020-2021 school year.  Our Mandatory Webmaster Training will be held on September 3 at 4 PM via Google Meet . Please click here to join.   The remaining work session dates are not required, and will be offered virtually so that you are able to get any help that you need, and to provide continuous training. We will be available at every session to provide any assistance you may need. The Webmaster Work Sessions will be offered virtually every first Thursday from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM. Required Training and Work Session Dates

Webmaster Training and Work Session dates have been established for the 2019-2020 school year.  Please note that this year webmasters are required  to attend a session at the beginning of the school year. For your convenience we are offering two dates for you to choose from. Please make arrangements to attend  one  of these dates. The  dates for the Required Webmaster Training  are:  September 3rd West Campus Computer Lab Middle/High: 3-4 pm Elementary: 4-5 pm September 5th West Campus Computer Lab Middle/High: 3-4 pm Elementary: 4-5 pm The remaining work session dates are not required, and are available to you so that you have a place to come work on your school's site, get any help that you need, and to provide continuous training. Teachers Transfers

The Google form to submit teacher website transfers is now active. Please fill out the form for all of your school's teachers who are transferring to another school in the district. We will work to move those pages over before the start of the school year. Click here to access the form. If you know a teacher is leaving the district you may delete their page. If your school is getting a teacher who is new to the district you may create a new page for them. Make sure to delete/add teachers to your school's staff directory as you see fit. Webmaster Work Session dates have been established for the 2018-2019 school year. We make these work session dates available to you so that you have a place to come work on your school's site, get any help that you need, and to provide continuous training. All of the sessions are floating, and are held in the West Campus Computer Lab. Many webmasters use these sessions to have a dedicated time and place to simply work on their school's site. We will be available at every session to provide any assistance you may need.
